Thank you for purchasing products or services from Adept Yourself. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be provided.

1. Digital Products

All digital products including courses, PDFs, worksheets, and online resources are delivered instantly. Due to their nature, refunds are generally not available once the purchase is completed.

2. Career Counselling & Sessions

Refunds for booked career counselling sessions are only possible if cancellation or rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases where a product or service was not delivered correctly due to technical issues, we may offer a refund or alternative solution at our discretion. Please contact us to resolve such issues.
