Tenses tell WHEN an action happens – Past, Present, or Future.
Let’s use a Time Machine to travel through:

🎯 SUPER SIMPLE RULES
- Present = Happening NOW
- “I play” (Simple)
- “I am playing” (Still happening)
- “I have played” (Just done)
- Past = Happened BEFORE
- “I played” (Finished)
- “I was playing” (Was doing it, then stopped)
- “I had played” (Happened before another past action)
- Future = Will Happen
- “I will play” (Not yet started)
- “I will be playing” (Will be doing it at a future time)
- “I will have played” (Will finish before another future moment)
